im looking at getting a rucksack and was seeing if anyone could recommend any that will take as much stuff as possible.

im wanting to attach my tent to the bottom of it so it free's our hands up to carry more beer etc.

I did V last year with a 25ltr bag, but ended up carrying a fair bit.

Glasto was a 65ltr with most stuff attached to it. it was a Regatta bag which i dont think was to dear, the Tesco ones are apparently arlight as long as you dont overfil them.

first... slap the wench round the chops!!

2nd.. remember that you'll be the one carrying all her stuff, so hide it while she's packing.

3rd.. your going for the weekend+ waterproofs, seen soo many overpacked folk last year.

the way we do it me and my chap is we both have a big rucksack each (not sure of the capacity!) and then we have a 2 wheel trolley on which is the booze, camp stove, chairs and tent. Makes for easy walking and lots of free hands  We slide two cans of wrongbow in the side of the rucksacks in preperation for when we get to our camp spot and have a good beverage before we start setting up B)

Am I a fool for not taking a rucksack? I just planned on taking a trusty weekend bag? Not taking stoves and all that jazz so really i just need to carry clothes/toiletries.

Never been to a festival before so now I'm wondering about the rucksack....hmmm
