Stone Circle

anyone else notice the kindly black drug mafia working the stone circle? I was up there most nights and they seemed to be there most nights I was. Nice little operation too, a campfire as a base and all different associates carrying different narcotics swapping individually and changing posts to create confusion. Actually listening to these cats, they was not high, they were not aggresive as they should be, they, I suspect are SECURITY selling stuff back confiscated during the day. When asked if its real, they don't know as well as you do because they just selling something they have not tried. Think about it. Endless supply.

My mate had the paracetamol swapsie thing at Brixton academy - she boshed about 12 of them before finally accepting they weren't the real thing!

Which is really not a great idea, since paracetamol overdoses are really really shit. Still, at least she didn't have a headache.

I would be surprised if there WASN'T some kind of organised dealing at Glastonbury, same as anywhere lots of potential customers are gathered.

i was offered mdma by two guys down by the glade on friday night, asked if i could taste it first to make sure it was the real deal and they agreed so i took a MASSIVE dab, told them it was brown sugar (it wasn't, was proper nasty tasting mandy!) then walked off leaving them looking very confused  so cheers guys :)

    • Just watched Annie Lennox at Wilderness Festival as part of her global feminist The Circle initiative. She curated the 2 hour slot with special guests including Jessie Ware and then did  a 1/2 hour slot singing her and Eurythmics hits at the end. Her voice is amazing still and I am convinced she would do an amazing set on Sunday afternoon. She even wore a jacket with a sparkling CND symbol on the back! It’s a sign!!

    • Is it one of those bollocks things where ones is a festival and the other would be a show lol
    • Hello,   I have no idea what the answer is to your question, but wish you well in your quest for information.
    • Yes, I was asking about comedy, and also it seems odd that after bringing it back last year, the Seaside Stage seems to have gone again. Probably why Massaoke (basically a big karaoke sing-along) is now on the Castle Stage. But on all three days?! Does all seem a little desperate this year, though hopefully I will be proved wrong. Still think the Mary Wallopers fiasco has probably put a lot of artists off performing at Victorious, hence the reduction in stages and acts appearing... One of the best things about Victorious in the early days was its value for money compared to some of the other bigger festivals, but this certainly not the case anymore...
