Sorry about that - we just had a major power outage at the top of the field - it wasn't just us, either. I think the bunnies mush have gnawed though a cable. But we're back now - Phew!

For any one having trouble with windows media player , download VLC from the link below , once VLC is running click media and click network then paste this into the address box

and give it a min and away you go

Just on the off chance anyone uses a squeezebox to stream audio and has the same problem I got it working by changing a setting:

Settings/Advanced/File Types - Find the "Windows Media" heading and set "Windows Media" to disabled

Is that a squeezecentre setting ?

I was trying to get it working via squeezenetwork with no joy.

I know of the bug that's causing this issue. Apperently some mms servers can stream using http too. But it needs switching on at the server end if it supports it.

Anyway, thanks for the info I was scratching my head all last night trying to get the thing to play. Worthy was sounding great on my pda though ! :-)

Yes - down for me too ... so having to make do with Invaders Must Die, so not so bad. Great to be able to hear Worthy FM before getting to site yesterday, made my day!
