Naked Meet Details

When I saw the thread complaining that there aren't enough naked people at Glasto these days, I thought that's something we can do something about! Hence the naked meet!

I've been looking for something to do at Glasto that I'd never do in the real world, I mean these days you can get brothers and square pies outside Euston Station (though the random drunk/stoned people tend to be a bit less friendly) so this seemed like the perfect opportunity to do something a bit different.

I set up a discussion group for it, because the more people we can get, the easier it should be to join in. But so far it's been about as popular as a round of Kit Kats and Nescafe at the Baby Milk Action AGM, and with only a week and 2 days to go (A WEEK AND TWO DAYS!) I thought it was time I did a bit of serious whoring. Once I've finished that, I'll promote the meet

I've gone through the posts in the original thread and the group, done some number crunching, run a few projections, or at least I had a quick skim through and came up with the following:

People arriving on Wednesday want to do it on Thursday, people arriving on the Thursday want to do it on the Friday. People arriving on the Friday, WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKIN??? You've missed half of the festival

So I think we should have 2 meets. That way people who enjoy the first and want to do it again, or sleep through and miss it, or couples who've just met and had their own naked meet in a tent can spare each others blushes by going to seperate meets (well it's alright for you girls, but blokes can't always hide their appreciation - though it does provide somewhere to hang your rucksack anyway 2 meets should accomodate everyone.

Additionally, some want to bimble about, (and I do like a good bimble) others just want to go to the saunas.

Well if those of us that fancy it have a bimble and then head down to the saunas to meet those who only want to do the saunas, then everyone should be happy!

I'm not going to put the time / place on the forum, after all I don't want Q daily catching wind of it and my bits being plastered all over the Q Daily on Friday morning! The Organic Sausage people would probably sue me for damage to their sales

Best bet is to come to the cider meet, and ask me there. Glastoman 417, you can't miss me I'll be wearing my Glastoman fleece (hmm, maybe I should get out more!) of course it will be much too hot to be wearing a fleece, in which case I should have a name label.

Despite all this bravado, I'm quite shy (facing my demons in the supportive environment of Glasto!), so by all means buy me a cider before discussing getting your kit off!

Btw I know there are a lot of wind up meet threads, but this one is genuine despite the tone!

Ha ha, it would be funny! I'm sure some of the regular naturists would be delighted to get featured, but if it got back to my office I'd never live it down. Then again, that's not necessarily a reason not to!

Just ask me at the cider meet for the date/time. It will probably be early doors though before too many folks are aboot.

As my 79 year old neighbour said when she insisted on coming with me to a punk gig, you could be dead next week (hit by a cider bus?) so best do things while you can!

My grandfather died earlier on in the year and she had been his carer for the past six years since his stroke. She is up for any new experiences now! I wonder if I suggested Glastonbury if she would come!

youre right. You see people at Glasters doing practically everything and theres always part of you that is a bit envious.

I certainly wouldnt be the random barmpot walking through the main stages naked and if theres only a couple of us it will be just as weird.

there would have to be at least a dozen or so. But what do we do? Just stand around comparing boobs and knobs (I'd win in the boob department and lose in the knob) or walka round the greenfields?

Well I'm hung like a donkey. Unfortunately it's a female donkey!

I don't think people will point, it's glasto, and if it's early morning people with think they are still tripping anyway!

That'd be good if you were a girl From what I know of naturism it isn't the people with perfect bodies that do it, if it were then I'd be keeping myself well covered up!

The idea is just to go for a walk / and or go to the saunas.

I've always thought about the saunas, but going on your own is a bit intimidating, though I'm sure it's fine once you are in.

It's getting the balance between advantage of alcohol vs advantages of early doors = not too many people about.

Thing is if everyone posts up their points then can work something out, and discuss it at the cider meet over a few ciders.

Could maybe do it late doors after cider meet / gay meet / stone circle meet or whatever?
