ticketmaster question

Ive just checked my order on ticketmaster but for some reason when I click on more order details, it goes to a page that says there was a problem processing my request. I have my confirmation email, and the order is still on the 'my ticketmaster' page and order history - it's just when I try and get more information I can't seem to. Does anyone else have this problem?

Im 99.9% certain this is a problem with the website and not your order.

Has the money gone out of your account? If yes. Then you have a ticket.

The money went out, but I haven't checked it since then as I used my dad's card to buy. It seems strange as It is stilll on my upcoming events and I recieved an email not too long ago apologizing for tickets not being dispatched. it's only when I try and go onto more details it comes up with the error message. I will phone them in a couple of days if it doesn't change I think. I'm jmust curious if I'm the only one with the message.

I got mine off seetickets. Most people who do buy tickets dont check the order details afterwards anyways.

I'd hazard a guess at the latter. You'll be fine but I'd give them a ring just for piece of mind.

Just to update the situation, everything is now working, I can view all the ticket details - it was clearly an issue on their side of things which they've now resolved :angry:
