HI guys

It was a 7 hour trek to see if I could get some Ziziphus mucronata logs and they had run out......

OK

*puts on cheese making attire*

Page Twelve..

Drying: Remove the cheese from the press and cloth and dip it in hot water (66 OC) for one minute in order to consolidate and smooth the surface. Place it in a protected area at a temperature of 18-21 OC and leave it to dry for a day or two until a rind begins to form.

OK might need some hot water to finish these cheeses before we store them to mature

Sounds a nightmare Strudders. Oh well, an evening making cheese will help chill you out..

As a bit of a sideline and to help pay for the manufacture of the cheese, I have branched out and selling the following...

The picture is one I took earlier so I'm not sure where the fourth cow came from. Plus, it may be the drugs, but they don't look quite right to me....

Karls tent will ripen the cheese, but I am not sure we should have it stinking bishop rip...

Bertie they look great!

Mmmmm I thought I saw a 4th cow, perhaps it is hiding somewhere....

Guys we do need to talk about the milk.... we have an exessive amount to drink, and I am not sure the human body can digest that amount!

Must admit, I do enjoy drinking milk so I would be up for the challenge if vast quantities need to be consumed...I think there may be a problem with the chiller though, it's making a funny noise and I did notice Karl took it apart to use bits for his remote control beer carrier....

Now that may the problem then.....

I think that yes Darren, Selling may be ut best option, however this may invole us breaking EU law and not pasteurising the milk....

Still who give a flying do dar about that. We just cant sell to any pregnant woman and young children...Oh and old folk as well.... Where is Karl?

It must be a bad day if Strudders hasn't brought us any wood....!

Karl - Do you think that 'thing' you built at work could double up as a remote control beer carrier? We could put some cans of booze on it and ferry it over to people on the other side of the fire....
