Welcome! The big question: will Iggy be at the official, unofficial or spoof meet?
-
I'm not sure if this is a question of a statement. I think it should properly be addressed to Neil. I think most people know Neil has had some health issues he is recovering from but I'm not sure I would agree that we should be discussing them here.
-
I feel like people have lost their minds.
-
Many people have attested to good deed and care @Crazyfool01has done, so it's not people thinking about their own niceness. As I said before I haven't criticised you on here before but really just maybe go and chill out rather than making a molehill into fucking everest
-
need the long/latitude to do that.....if you can supply will happily add
-
It's normally a social anxiety theme for me 😀

he's nothing to do with the running of efestivals. I didn't say he did, although he did assist you as a moderator for a while to try and help the forums, because he's a nice guy who tries to help people. I don't think I have ever criticised you on here before but posting mean spirited shit at @Crazyfool01 is just out of order. I will be at @Crazyfool01's meet up because he has enabled me to go this year, out of the goodness of his heart, after I've been through 5 months of shit.
-
Surely it's for any efester to suggest/arrange to meet, we are all part of the community. And @Crazyfool01 has done fuck tons to help people get there this year (and previous) and has supported/defended the forums when they were yours. This seems like a really mean spirited response.

Right, have tried to make a map of all the Vegan/Veggie places from last year using the co-ordinates on the photos I took.......what do we think....does this look accurate.....any photos with co-ords I can add? https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=1LVoOLPzWLRWD3n-wPyRHO0sD5D-C1ZQ&ll=51.15334593234395%2C-2.594175505136971&z=15

Bit of an admin nightmare
-
Not sure how Twickets could include it, they would have to have check the pricing of each ticket that was above advertised FV.
-
Was my first too, was so happy when they were announced, definitely lucked out.
-
2009 was perfect, just everything about it. The trepidation and excitement of the band, the joy as they took the whole crowd with them. The singing on the way out of the Pyramid field and into the campsite. I don't see how they could beat it.
-
Def think headlining Wembley Stadium is a big one for them
-
No idea, I don't know him intimately.
-
Yet there was a thread on the Peter Kay tour, where the Peter Kay tour was discussed (no mention of amarillo) people on here (some complaining about the Blur prices) have posted about buying tickets and yet there is no criticism of the prices.
-
He should work for free? What about the other people in the band who don't have the same net worth and income? What about the session musicians? What about the techs and roadies? Catering staff? Admin staff? etc etc As we have discussed ad infinitum it is too expensive, stadium gigs all are (to a greater and lesser extent), how much you hold them as money grabbing seems to rest on the fact that this is Blur. I don't see the same criticism of Peter Kay for example. At least people could be consistent. And round we go again......
-
It was just first presale, another presale tomorrow before general sale on friday, looks like standing and golden circle sold out, seats at back and upper level still available
-
But it's part of an established festival so not comparable. Regardless, this conversation/thread is going nowhere: it's very expensive Golden Circle is w*nk Gigs are expensive to put on but we don't know how much this gig costs to put on at wembley, we don't know the split of profits or the line by line costs, what is insisted by the promoter, venue, band, ticketing partner, booking agent etc The band are money grabbing or aren't depending on your take other comparable gigs are more expensive / cheaper depending on your take other non comparable gigs are expensive/cheaper depending on your take other bands/comedians are/aren't money grabbing depending on your take the thread is just arguing in circles now
-
I did go for tickets, but didn't buy Peter Kay, Pulp, James etc, I generally dislike stadium/arena gigs with or without golden circles etc would rather everyone just played multiple nights at the Forum/Brixton, and agree this is very expensive but if Blur play I will go as I love them
-
O2 had better availability (for me) than the artist presale
-
Finally got back in and got 2 on Klarna
-
Was in pretty quick and had two, but then kicked me to the back of the queue, still waiting to get back in 🙃

We’re always in Baileys and there has always been room
