  1. Perfect 🤩 Thanks for replying Stone Circle, that was the very post😀 Just got to get the CV passes now🙄 Cheers. Woody❤️
  2. Are E24 and E25 family caravan fields? There was an excellent post last year on here somewhere from one of the parking marshals staying in what order they fill the fields up. we’ve got kids with us this year so thought we might try the family fields, we’re not going to be arriving until Wednesday afternoon which every other year has plonked us in E14 or 15 which is a 2 can trudge☹️. E24 would be a one cider stroll😀
  3. We’ve stayed in the East camper van fields for years and it suits us fine. we used to go in family camper van fields as they are closer to the entrance gate but it’s a bun fight getting a decent pitch if you arrive later than Tuesday. We rock up around Wednesday lunchtime and always end up in either E14 or E15 which is around a mile and a half trudge to the entrance gate. The shuttle bus from the showground sounds appealing but I still think I’ve got the legs to handle the hill of doom😱. The caravan and camper van field tickets sell out fast so be ready at midday on Friday. Never had any access and egress problems towing a caravan😀 Good luck getting the tickets you want 😀
  4. 1 group of 6 through, all six trying on various devices and only one of us saw the booking page, fortunately, that’s all it takes, sooo relieved 😅
  5. We’re in😀. Going with friends who haven’t been for years and they’ll have an 8year old with em which’ll change things up a bit. A workmate of my wife got in for the second year running and the rest of us didn’t get near the booking page, thank you Mark! We’ll buy you an ocean of cider on the Wednesday🤪 just got to quell the camper van pass anxiety 😦 Big love to the 2024 massive😀❤️
  6. Lying on my back at the Glade waiting for Dreadzone. seeing them fly over was great 😊
  7. Really good video you’ve put together there mate😀 We’ve been going on and off since 93 and this year was our first time back since 2015, still amazing and still magical, it recharges your soul😀 Big Love ❤️
  8. Bollocks! Would have loved to have stumbled upon that, and we never actually went on the pier as it was normally really busy. Also at the time we weren’t anywhere in particular, just bimbling about. Although wandering aimlessly around in the evenings is one of our favourite things to do at Glastonbury, you never know what you’re going to find and who you’re going to meet it’s just a shame that we didn’t happen upon that
  9. We could set up a sound system for a Monday night, post festival rave although the missus has just pointed out that that’s only 1 step away from accidentally becoming a crustie🤣
  10. It totally takes the pressure off if you’re still “fairly refreshed” after sunrise on Monday morning. We could start a Tuesday club but what the hell that would look like I dread to think 🤪
  11. We used to spend the majority of our days and early evenings in the circus and theatre fields, especially the cabaret tent in the 90’s and early 00’s. Seen some quality comedy from Harry Hill, Bill Bailey ( then memory runs out of steam🙄). Malcolm Hardee was an excellent compare, probably funnier than most of the acts. It was also the ideal place to skin up in and share a few spliffs back in the day😀
  12. E15. We set up around 1.30 Wednesday afternoon
  13. Anyone remember Woody Bop Muddy (no relation) Funny as f@#k (it’s a nailing)🤣
