No? I thought the consenus was was once you got that specific ticket URL, that was more useful than the link that the button sends you to for the holding page Happy to be corrected

Even though the article says 2024? We now backing 2023?

There's a few select things you can do to help your luck though Mainly technically based, this is as about as useful as it gets - https://www.reddit.com/r/glastonbury_festival/comments/ddgggb/a_web_developers_advice_on_getting_tickets/ TLDR - - It is not a queue, it is simply a case of when there is a space, someone is let in. Basically - right time, right place on the refresh button - Multiple devices helpful - Multiple browsers (chome, safari, firefox, internet explorer etc) NOT multiple tabs - Incognito mode counts as an extra browser - Refresh hard once on the holding page - F5 army - Server only allows a certain number of requests per minute - consider this if you're in the same house as someone else - you'll have your effective number of refreshes limited - Some devices on WiFi, some on Celluar Data - As soon as someone has the ticket URL share it amongst the team

Everything is like Glasto these days Lots of people must have seen the article

Jamie XX should not be allowed anywhere near a live stage, let alone a headline slot
-
Dont know how possible it is - but could have an 'On near-by' section - ie whats on right now on the closest stages to you Why would food section be behind a paywall?
-
Reckon Loyle would be higher, but otherwise looks a cracking line up
-
Think this is in the resale
-
Last line of third paragraph also answers first question
-
Nope 6 at a time

Wow didn’t realise Hopkins had headlined both Park and West Holts

so you've got tickets in the bag already?

Yeah I mean to be fair, I've been telling people to be sensible with departure points too. Hence my hour travel limit. It's very unlikely I would succumb to a big pilgrimage this early doors, if at all. Especially with the cost of trains / petrol, you're adding serious cost to that ticket. Do think there should be some re-evaluation of Coach Tickets though - ie - there's a certain number they're willing to sell, then some process of working out where those postcode sales have been from, and put on the appropriate amount of coaches thereafter and send people a seperate bill for the coach tickets at that point EDIT - and I know you then end up with maybe half full coaches - but they could factor this into the realse, where they have a certain number of spots to sell, and sell city specific tickets at this point

Secret sale at 6pm today though right?
-
We've basically said we'll travel to anywhere that is either within an hour of a house we can stay at this night before (friend or family within the group) or within an hour of the site. Covers a fair distance of the country, but nowhere really north of Leicester Travelling any further than that feels a bit insane... But who knows how I would react if presented with the opportunity of a Wednesday ticket from Liverpool on T-Day....

Not happening. His appearance at BST is a 2023 European exclusive appearance

Yeah just saw that, mental. GM HQ must be loving it

Ah fair play. I was just trying via the GreenMan specific URL - greenman.ticketline.co.uk - which also lands you at the same place Weird they shut their whole site down due to increased traffic, rather than queue people in designated IPs Whole thing seemed a bit pointless anyway, as once people started sharing the direct link for the page after the portal, it just skipped the queue page instanteously Ticketline clearly a bit shite
-
Yeah but the link is a Green Men specific URL
-
How quickly have people had cofirmation emails? My pal just paid through Google Pay and it's taken the money, but no confirmation email
-
yeah direct ticket links did the trick
