  1. My mate stayed in an airbnb in Glastonbury village last year. as due to circumstances our usual group was not there. He did Glastonbury solo. he got the bus in and lift or taxi home. He said quite a few locals offer up their houses, there were a fair few people doing just what he was doing in the same street.
  2. Glastonbury been taken over by lizard people
  3. You might find supermarket pricing cheaper than duty free. Check tescos or anywhere selling booze near to where your buying your chair.
  4. Positive mental attitude made this happen. Posi vibes for the win!
  5. I can bring tonic water, don’t fancy lugging in bottles of lemonade if I don’t need to. thank you.
  6. Anyone know if the following mixer’s available in the coop? Cola, Pepsi or otherwise? Lemonade? Tonic water?
  7. I’ve got one of them, loads lighter and rechargeable will blow up 5+ airbeds easy.
  8. App is rubbish for discovering new talent. No info on what the artist plays of what type of music your going to hear. At least the ee app had an info, this app doesn't even have a picture of the performer.
  9. When you setting off from Antarctica?
  10. So we’re all agreed, the tracker will kick in once the tickets leave seetickets or when there at the delivery office or when your postman has them?
  11. You don’t get tracking details with Royal Mail. Until your postie has tried to deliver it. The tracker then starts so you can collect it from the post office if you want. Or they’ll try to deliver it again.
  12. Royal Mail tracking is notoriously rubbish. Give it till next week then contact seetickets.
  13. Shouldn’t Fred be headling? Seems when wiz kid comes on there will be a lot leaving for the se corner?
  14. Anyone know the date when the ee app was released?Seems voda, dragging there feet?
  15. My mate works in the music biz. He gets allocated tickets every year. He still buys them, has to give his registration details etc. there sent to his house. Can you not check with seetickets? Reg details and the postcode there sent too.
  16. Fair point, but I’d say glade book bigger more expensive acts.
  17. Me and the misses tried these last weekend. There too small for us. 150ml just not enough.
  18. I’m travelling this year with just the missis. Everyone else is vip camping and camper van fields. No rush getting in early as just one tent. Think we would find room in pennards if we wanted. See you on the farm
  19. I bought mine new, but there on eBay for about £150. Search carp porter.
  20. I had a four wheeled garden trolly that’s served me for 6 Glasto’s and just as many other camping festivals. It’s still ok, but ment doing two trips to the car. With both my wife’s and my stuff. Upgraded to a fishing trolly, so will do it in one trip. Splashed out got the electric one, this year will be the easiest trip. Folds down flat, even though it’s bigger built, takes up less room in the car.
  21. I use mine on a camp bed, not sure of the r rating on the mat. Plenty warm enough for me, but everyone’s different.
  22. I’m a bit older now, and try to get the best night’s sleep I can. The best nights sleep comes from getting as close to your home setup as possible. If you sleep on your side they provide much more room to turn around in. The pack size is bigger, but not when you consider it’s an airbed, quilt and pillow in-one. I’m taking an extra pillow as it’s to flat for me. I’ve got mates that sleep with a jacket as a blanket and rolled up jumper as a pillow. I’m my 20’s maybe, now I’m over 40. Forget it.
  23. https://www.outdoormegastore.co.uk/outwell-caress-single-sleeping-system.html I have one of these bought off eBay. I sleep on my side and never got on with sleeping bags. I end up unzipping the bag and laying it flat. Also looking into camping quilts, they attach directly to airbed and give a lot more room.
