Hmm didn't think about that. The buttons are on the top of the "umbrella" poles. They aren't obvious, but if someone knows about such tents, they could spot them and collapse things on us 😞

Has a small outside flap, so should be able to leave boots there, if not actually sit there. We gave it a test today. Very impressed. Take out and find the two umbrella like pull cords, pull and... pop! TENT! More impressive, pop the umbrella thingies, and fold up like umbrellas, all very gently and simple. Hold them together, roll up.. and it went back in the bag without any issue!

I believe it's the yearly call for a more modern system of registration and entry to the grounds, rather than just coloured bands. One solution the crypto-bores always bring up is a system of Non-Fungible Registration using Near-Field Communications tech - hence NFRNFC 😜

One of our group got in, but fell foul of the technical difficulties with payment. Eventually after the official news of things being sold out, our browsers one by one gave up and showed "sold out" too. We wished rain on all those who got tickets, cursed the ridiculous system for buying tickets, and most of us went about our day. But one lone browser refused to give up on its connection. And at 10.23 success was sounded in the Whatsapp group to the shock off all! I was starting to think I'd only ever get to go once in my life. So happy. (although we do now have to do some repenting to the rain gods...)
