  1. Someone went to one of her gigs the other day and she made reference to it.
  2. Man this thread has de-railed a bit, shame. And for the record I'm very excited.
  3. Let's all cheer up, we'll be at EOTR in around 24 hours time, enjoying some great music
  4. yikes there is a lot of tickets for sale on there! I feel for those who've had last minute positive covid tests.
  5. Kid A / Amnesiac over the next couple of months. Smile next year. That's what I'm thinking.
  6. I've just moved back to Bristol from Sheffield, and although its getting lax in Bristol, it is even worse in Sheffield. I'm talking barely any masks at all.
  7. he had the full set times for every act, including mentioning the secret sets (blur, the smile and a prince hologram)
  8. hopefully wasnt as abysmal as strokes a couple years back, that was some of the worst sound I'd ever heard!
  9. Think it was from Neil @eFestivalshimself. QOTSA and Billie Eilish info.
  10. Sensible idea really. Hope it goes smoothly and there's not many arguments!
  11. Yeah I've just received this from National Express too. However I doubt it would be enforced.
  12. Very excited to see her EOTR next week. Can't wait.
  13. Yeah maybe so, apologies for letting it drift into covid chat. I don't think there's much point though now, the festival is in less than a week!
  14. I'll be on a Bristol coach, wearing a mask throughout.
  15. Also I'd raise it up to the coach company and the festival if you haven't already
  16. I have T1 diabetes but I'm young and double vaxxed. Public transport has been like this forever when I was in Sheffield. I'd have had to not travel by public transport for months to avoid it. Each to their own but I'm finding it hard to believe that Green Man had good social distancing based on images I've seen. Yes you're stuck on a coach, but that's just public transport ?
  17. If you're anxious about exposure then festivals right now are probably not worth attending even if you don't plan on getting on a coach. I don't see how a coach journey was a make or break.
  18. No need to apologise, I didn't think you were being argumentative at all! 🙂 I genuinely agree with your points, but I'm just accepting that many folk wont wear a mask on the coach, and I'm not willing to challenge them on something where I can't really in the current climate take a moral high ground.
  19. It still spreads outdoors, and there are tents that offer poor ventilation as well. When its not mandatory by law, its practically impossible for National Express and the like to police it. There's also the argument that because it's not public transport you're accepting the risk by getting on a coach, nobody is forcing you. I'm not against your point of view but there's going to be a plethora of arguments against it. I will be wearing one, but at the end of the day, I'm not going to challenge anyone when really on paper they aren't doing anything wrong. I'll probably have my own personal thoughts on how selfish they are...but will keep those to myself. 🙂
  20. Whilst I agree, and I will personally be wearing one, surely this is unsurprising? People going to a fest on a coach heading solely to a festival where everyone most likely wont be wearing one anyway. It's not as if its public transport, or that when you're there you're in a position where you can easily avoid a non-mask wearer.
  21. You might as well check a few days closer to the festival, when the accuracy is increased. Helps reduce worry I find, and if it does turn out to be massive amounts of rain at least you're only worrying a day or two before the fest.
  22. Sounds like an early 2000s post rock band. But I get the reasoning behind it.
  23. There have been a lot of omissions in these latest shows, I saw them the first night at The Louisana and Bristol and it was my least favourite set from them to be honest. I'd even go as far as saying a little disappointing.
