Just imagine if the festival had been this week. Bloody hell - it's been horrendous. Everyone would have been handed a complete soaking setting up camp, and we would still be wet now.  

Could so easily have been.

I'm really not a fan of the pre-festival weather watch. In fact, I hate it.

I was really hoping/expecting to see The Dandy Warhols and Beach Slang. Both currently touring and have Glasto weekend free. I thought they were nailed on!

There are no acts this year that I will be annoyed if I miss. The few acts I'm interested in seeing I have seen before.

It's all subjective of course, but for me this is the worse line-up I have seen in 20 years.

Beach Slang have just announced a UK tour for June this year. As far as I can see they have Glastonbury free.

Get 'em to the farm!! They're a great band.

The IOW is a really bad festival though. It's not even in the same league as Glastonbury.

I had no idea they were so popular.

Saw him talk at Bestival a couple of years ago - It wasn't great in all honesty, and I like the guy.

I'm actually really enjoying his solo album; it's definitely a grower.

I only bought it after his seeing his name on the line-up poster.

Will be hoping to catch his set now.
