It's all good.
Very happy with the forecast now. Looking like the odd shower Friday night/Sat Morn and a couple on Sunday/ I can definitely live with that. Looks like any showers will be fleeting, nothing to worry about.

Saturday and Sunday currently look very changeable to me - I think it could go either way.
BBC forecast is still the worst, although they have already downgraded Saturday to just the odd light shower.
At least we will have good weather for setting up camp on the Thursday

Looking a bit grim for the weekend now. Heavy Showers for the Saturday and Sunday.
Thursday and Friday look perfect though

Campsites and main arena are separate, so yeah you will need to show your wristband as you move between the two.

I've been every year since 06 and must admit we have been pretty lucky, apart from that one year.
I only live round the corner from the site and it's beautiful today.

Early forecasts are looking pretty good, but is it too early to be looking? I guess a lot can change.

You will have no problem bringing booze in on the Thursday or the Friday. They will start cracking down on the Saturday.
I live just round the corner so I tend to drive home most mornings to have a shower. I always end up bringing more booze back in on the Friday, I have given up trying on the Saturday and Sunday cos it was too much hassle.

Quick question guys...
I have just finished packing up my gear and realise I have a lot more than I thought. Are we going to be ok doing a few trips from the car, bringing stuff in each time?
I'm hoping we are free to go to the car and back as we please.

Wednesday morning we are booked on the 9.30am car ferry from East Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Will arrive at Southampton at 10.30, then I think we are looking at about an hour and a half drive to the site.
