I'm guessing being a Veteran could involve not having to THINK about planning. You just KNOW deep inside that if you want to see band A at Williams Green, have a bite at Goan Fish Curry then see band B at the park, grab a Cider Bus cocktail and see band C at John Peel, you just know you will be able to have a shower at 16.38 and grab your hoodie at the tent at 20:47. And if it rains then your shower will be at 17.23 and that the hoodie run will involve grabbing an extra bottle of something high ABV.

I'm an international Glasto go-er so apparently have to pick up the parking pass, along with my ticket at the Box office. So I'm guessing my 50 quid will be a donation to Glasto in a way. Unless I stop a random car asking them if they want a pass!

I am in the same situation and have already bought the WV parking ticket. I am right now slightly paralyzed by the irrational fear that if I ask for a refund of the general car parking they're going to cancel the tickets too.😨

Hi, another very long time lurker who decided to participate. First Glasto was 2010 and every year since except for 2019 (no tickets). I've been going to festivals since... 1998 I think. Mostly European stuff. When festivals were a weird thing to do, on this side of the channel that is! I am posting now as well because let's face it, I got tickets in the resale because of the advice of not giving up. So I apologies if I got tickets from someone whose payments didn't go through, or who is a bottlegate victim. My favourite things at Glastonbury are the fact that there's something for everyone at anytime. OK I am lying. THE FOOD. THE CIDER BUS. I can't name favourite shows... Did have a blast in the front at Dolly Parton though! Worst memory: U2 complaining about jetlag when we were all mudded in. That will teach me to go see a band just as a bucket list thing. Artist I am gutted to have missed: Mary J Blige.

I don't think the credit card would be an issue... I used to go to the UK for work so could just happen to pay with my private non-UK card and have it sent there. Should have stayed at that job a year longer... I am wondering if that mail forward thingy is safe (a few pages back). I mean I'm sure it is but I would so stress out...

Does anyone have an idea of how many tickets are sold internationally? I'd imagine quite a big Irish crowd? (Apologies if the answer is in the first twenty pages of the discussion)

Right now I'm imagining a random parking lot full of international vehicles waiting for their ticket. If things really go that way we could make it a thing...! Will keep on with emailing.

I emailed Glasto about ticket collection, specifying that I was really curious on the logistics of picking up a car pass at gate A. They kindly suggested I contacted See. Got a massively generic and useless answer from See, basically saying "sorry but we indeed don't ship internationally" So yes, we didn't get much further but hopefully that's my drop of pressure to get this matter sorted.

I am in the West Holts/Park team I think. I probably stopped by the Pyramid or Other more often but not for full gigs, more by curiosity. But the Crow's nest may be a good contender too. Love it up there!

Is it better to email See or the festival? We're going to Worthy View by car, and timing is tight. We were aiming to arrive Friday morning but if we have to factor in an hour or two to get to PGA and get the tickets that's going to be tricky. This whole story is making us rethink our plans...
