Many more acts and some of the comedy have been revealed for Reading Festival and Leeds Festival which happen annually over the August Bank Holiday weekend of Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th August 2018 in Reading, Berkshire and Bramham Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire respectively.

The additions to the main stage are:- Mike Shinoda, Skindred (pictured above), Trash Boat, and Protoje on the Reading Saturday/Leeds Sunday The Joy Formidable, and Dinosaur Pile Up, will start proceedings on Reading Sunday/Leeds Friday, and Big Shaq will open Reading on the Friday.

Big Shaq will not appear on the main stage at Leeds, but will exclusively play there as part of the newly announced comedy line-up on the alternative stage. Other acts there, appearing at both events, will be:- Harry Hill, Joel Dommett, Seann Walsh, Mo Gilligan, Lee Nelson, Tom Lucy, and Lauren Pattinson.

The Radio 1 stage will now include:- Maggie Rogers, Rae Morris, Rex Orange County, DMA's, Nines, Marsicans, Skinny Girl Diet, Alma, Chase Atlantic, and West Thebarton.

The Dance stage will see performances by:- A-Trak, Mason Maynard, and Brunswick. The Lock-Up will feature:- The Used, Royal Republic, The Xcerts, The Faim, and Petrol Girls. Its sister stage The Pit will see:- Blood Youth, Black Peaks, Metz, Normandie, Black Futures, Sleep Token, Lady Bird, Shvpes, I Don't Know How But They Found Me, Man With A Mission, Ecca Vandal, and Teenage Wrist.

Announced for the Festival Republic stage are:- Death From Above, Isaac Gracie, Spector, Spring King, Yungblud, King Nun, Borns, Ten Tonnes, King Nun, Easy Life, Touts, Otherkin, Sunflower Bean, Pretty Vicious, Bloxx, Wyvern Lingo, Hippo Campus, Hak Baker, Demob Happy, Sam Fender, Husky Loops, and COIN, plus Annabel Allum will play at Reading only.

The 1Xtra stage welcomes:- Suspect, Fekky, Adz and LB, Bobii Lewis, Ocean Wisdom, Steel Banglez, Skengdo x AM, Yxng Bane, Sneakbo, A2, Hex, DJ Target, Izzie Gibbs, Hardy Caprio, Lady Leshurr, Scarlxrd, Ebenezer, 23 Unofficial, Bryn, Last Night In Paris, and Headie One, plus DJ Semtex on an exclusive to Reading.

All these acts join previously announced acts Kendrick Lamar, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At the Disco, Kings of Leon, Dua Lipa, Wolf Alice and more.

Weekend tickets are priced at £205. A Wednesday early entry permit is priced at £20, a campervan pass is £75, and a locker is priced at £16, and a car park pass is priced at £10. day tickets are priced at £69.50. Prices do not include booking fees.
