Don't underestimate the importance of a hat! I forgot/ignored the need for one last year, got very burnt on my head by Saturday morning, went to buy one in the arena but my head was too sore to get one on!

seriously, ive seen girls do it tons of times at and its genius, put your bag down in the middle of the white track and sit their like your about to cry, you'll always get someone (**redmeister**) who will be willing to help ya out, just take the piss from there onwards telling him to carry it a certain way and could he please stop the bag shaking cause youve got a vanity case in their and he needs to respect that or would he prefer to replace it?
