Looking for interviewees about Glastonbury

Hey everyone! My name's Lieselot and I'm a journalism student from Brussels writing an article around the new ticketing system of Glastonbury festival. I am still looking for two people who could help me with my work and who could answer a few of my questions. I'm looking for someone who got their ticket secured for this year's edition and I'm also looking for someone who experienced frustrations during the booking process and maybe failed at getting a ticket.
