2 festival virgins
Lol! Thatd be gd mrs davro. Its not so much the price as the queues that'd put me off buying. Maybe we should just take ice tea / ice coffee. Think the forecast is gd anyways :-)
brady92
Tesco do coffee in a can which u can heat up by cracking the top of it. It has added caffeine and other stuff in it. Downside is its about 2 quid plus a can. I can't remember the name of it but I know it's black packaging.

It's cheap instant stuff mostly.
cobaltstargazer
that still needs hot water though, and its in a glass jar. am i missing something?
brady92
that still needs hot water though, and its in a glass jar. am i missing something? Apologies that specific one is the actual instant jar. They do sell the exact same looking product in a small can and it's usually found next to it. MrsDavro
I think I'll be taking my own tea bags then. I doubt it will be strong enough to my liking else.
Pyk01
I've taken a small gas stove every year for the past 5 years, never once had my bags searched. Clearly you have to be sensible with it as you have to use it inside the tent - I've always camped in Citizen T, and there's always been a good few "seasoned" campers that have had stoves with them. Nothing better than hotdogs and a coffee for brekkie!! I'm even able to make toast!! Happy days
