my friends have arranged their wedding for the Wednesday before, in Scotland, and so we're not gonna be able to get on site until the Friday

what time does the first band normally start?

Think there's a few 'secret' sets in the Tipi tent on the Thursday evening, though - if I'm not mistaken - music started just before midday on the friday last year.

Last year the first band time on Friday was 11:55. I'm afraid you will have missed stuff though, as there's one stage open on the Thursday evening.
