Taking kids in acoustic tent?

The tip is to pick a spot on the flanks of the tent - left or right, (looking at the stage - right being the open field, and left the trackway nearest the kids field) then if it does fill up you can either put them on your shoulders or move to the outside easily. Often on the side furthest from the kids field (right) there's enough space to hear the performance whilst the kids play - take a shmangle or blanket, or stand and watch (the sides on the acoustic tent are usually open). Just be aware if it rains obviously you're on the edge. I think they are changing tent design this year. If the tent is going to be one of those Siam type ones - then the 'eaves' of tents like these, where the support cables come down to the ground often make a perfect base to sit under, the kids can find you easily if they wander, and you're not in the way of people trying to enter the tent.

During the day as everyone says it should be easy to get a spot inside the tent.
