Because she's already had a miscarriage before, so why should she risk performing a one off fest when shes say about 6/7 months pregnant. It wouldn't be a Bey show if she wasn't "performing", and being that far gone I doubt she'd be able to put on a proper show.

That's if she is even pregnant.

That doesnt really add anything new, the story of Jay Z denying it came out yesterday or possibly the day before, but if more sources are taking sides I think I will wait until E! say they got it wrong

But thanks for it :)

I don't get why Jay-Z would email a random radio guy to deny it. Wouldn't his publicist just release an official statement to the press. I'm still in two minds about whether she is or not, I want an outright denial by them, it doesn't make sense for them to not deny it properly, if she isn't pregnant

Do you think it was an actual email for Jay Z. If Jay Z was going to deny it to a radio presenter, he may as well just deny it on twitter or whatever. I think they would do it properly, whether it be a conformation or or denial

Apparently showed (i'm still not 100% sure that came from her - that video from her tour shows she can see the fun side) and if it was then she did delete it quickly after.

Plus her being annoyed with rumours doesn't mean she is preggo, maybe she wants to be preggo so is annoyed at people saying she is. Or she isn't ready yet to be preggo and wants people to focus on the music - espec with a new album coming soon.

True true, she maybe did that without getting advice on whether she should have done it or not, her publicist might have said thats not a wise thing but I cant see Beyonce writing it without her media team knowing. Guessing she didnt even ever type it.

Just caught up with this thread, are people seriously suggesting this would be a similar situation to Oasis,

IF, big IF, beyonce is pregnant and isn't playing the V organisers will already know this and its 3 months before the festival, plenty of time to 'deal' with the situation.

Oasis had already played one night and decided not to play the second night a few hours beforehand. In no way shape or form did they try to get a replacement, its not possible! You can't just phone a band up and go 'erm hi, oasis have pulled out wanna headline V festival in 6 hours'.

V could do nothing about Oasis but if this is true then V can do something about it.

Anyway its all mindless speculation we'll find out soon enough, can't wait for the big anti-climax where they announce a load of shit no ones heard of :P

Well when i got back from V'09 that is what i read on here. They were close to securing a replacement. I know it seems unlikely with V but i was just saying what was being discussed back then on here.

And I agree IF she is preggo V have enough time to sort something out, not that there is many options to go with.

V should have good signings anyway, even if Beyond doesn't pull out. They shouldn't book cheap acts no one heard of just because they have nearly sold out but I think they may have one or two things up their sleeve... Wishful thinking

I think with them saying its the full line up, they are making a final push to sell tickets. They must think the full line up is good enough to sell or they would keep trying. Either that or that's all that's left and they are stuck with them

    • Another note, if I didn't mention the food in the arena for main stage is right at the back. Bands wise they do very well for but as a festival so far they pros are outweighed quite heavily currently for me.
    • On another note for RIP as an event, there is some good things but there are so many things people going to UK festivals would hate and how far behind they are.  Consistent network and water, beer and pretzel like food is brought around to buy in the crowds. Topping up on the wristband is good. The camping and food arrangement is not good, you really need cooking kit. Water points inside the arena are bonkers, water points in camping are a faff unless you are close enough in general camp. Merch stands are crazy. You MASSIVELY need to think about your lidl shop for camping and try and do it so you've one stop. It's definitely worth it getting to a camping shop here, picking up a rolley between your mates and stacking it for the walk back....lidl is cheap though, not hard getting in but Thursday queues getting in and into the camping is mad. You have to register first for a wristband as well leaving any bigger bags behind so pull to a side if only two and do it separately. I was joining a WhatsApp group for solo camp so went with the flow but I've learnt. Had it been me or just two my tent would have been down much quicker.  Big final note, I got a fresh and black 3 man from decathlon before coming and put in bigger suitcase with my airbed and sleeping bag...do this. Take a smaller option for your clothes. If you go to Munich first, book your train to Nuremberg as far in advance as you can....very important!....it hikes crazy. Probably bettee overall for baggage sizes to do BA both ways but you do then need to go back to Munich after too. Use the B&B hotel hbf the night before....its very nice, comfortable, cheap and within 10 minutes of the station which also serves as a transport stop 15 minutes from the registration.  Get up literally like 5am with everything back the night before, shower and go. Transport is free anyway for festival ticket holders during the duration.  Would I just choose to travel in each day and back to a hotel?, on the basis of sleep and getting accommodation cheap enough for 3 nights i might just do especially if I picked the ticket up early enough. It doesn't feel like a festival in a normal sense....unless you are in general yoi have to exit on the paths outside the camping to walk down and in which also applies for getting water so have a stock up. Toilets are in the camping.
