Having trouble with pic for registration

Hi, I'm new here and this will be my first Glastonbury, at least I hope it will be because I'm having trouble with my pic. I had the pic rejected and I'm not sure why. I have done it again but to be honest it looks no different to the first upload. Should I just go to one of these photobooths and get an official passport size photo and scan it, then upload that? I think the problem may be the size but tried cropping and resizing but then it makes it too big when I upload it.

very hard to really no if we can't see a picture a simple upper body picture is fine aslong as you can see your face and shoulders and the back ground isn't busy and your full head is on the picture, i think i put mine in paint and just rubbed out the background and just had me in it, i'll have a look

just to confirm it, my picture is just me infront of my webcam, and i've took the picture from just under my shoulders and head which is fully in the picture with space either side and on top and then i've put it through pain and rubbed out all the back ground and left just me.
