Christmas Stocking VIP tickets

Hi everyone,

I'm a relative noob on here but have been an avid reader of this particular forum for the past few years now.

Me and my gf bought the Christmas Stocking VIP tickets this year, this is our 3rd year in VIP.....We are still waiting on our tickets being delivered and seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place. We ordered our tickets through the booth and they've been great to deal with but haven't been sent our tickets yet, we've contacted AEG and Rockness using all the contact details we can find but have had no reply apart from being advised to contact our ticket supplier!!

We've emailed [email protected] marking our email FAO of Jim King but we've had a standard reply back from someone who has clearly not read the email.

Can anyone help at all? Is anyone else having the same issue?

We should be totally hyper by now but instead we're just totally stressed :(

Ticketmaster said my vip ticket is on way but had no idea what a xmas stocking ticket was!!

tried emailing and msging rockness but still no one has got back to me, what was the point in paying the extra for a hassle free time?!

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
