Blank page

Hi, Three times my holding page changed and loaded up with the URL saying purchase, but all I had was a blank screen. Anybody else have this.?

Yes - I got that about 5 times and didn't get any further. Most frustrating. The tab definitely showing I had a purchase screen, but nothing but whiteness on the page below it.

If I had been trying for myself I think I would have been in tears!

We have changed our computer to a much quicker one than we have had before, and the speed really showed, but this is the first time in years that I haven't got an order page up, so I am already nervous about 2013!
