I bought 2 VIP tickets seperately but with the same card and recieved one e-mail with the link, after e-mailing them a couple of times i recieved this reply.

Hi Jim,

You can pay for 2 tickets with 1 payment. All the transactions will be covered under your Customer Order number = 27130928.

Hope this will help?

Kind Regards.

This seems to be different from some of you people!!

From what I can make out, if you have made seperate transactions you can either pay for them all at once using the link once or pay them them individually using the link more than once.

Seems a complicated way to do things, but I guess the transactions are linked to the email address used.

Otherwise you could use a seperate card to pay the 2nd installment and that would cause even more issues with transactions matching up ;)

I'll try get some definitive answers :)

Hi folks,

We’re heard through the grapevine that a few of you lovely RockNess payment planners have had a few problems paying your 2nd Payment Plan instalment.

So here’s some tips to help:

1) You will have received a specific link from the email alert sent last week but please check your the Order Confirmation of your first instalment to confirm which specific payment package you’ve ordered (this is sent from [email protected] if you want to search through your emails). All 2nd payment transactions must match your 1st payment.

2) You can use the same link multiple times to pay if you’ve bought tickets on separate cards but you they NEED to be the same payment plan.

3) Some of you have said that a couple of times the ticket link has frozen when you’ve gone to the cart. We’ve investigated and amended this so please refresh if it happens again or contact [email protected].

4) You will receive a separate Order Confirmation email and order number when you complete the transaction.

Please, please, please remember that all 2nd instalments must be paid by 1st February otherwise your tickets will not be valid.

Also, some of you have rightly asked “Why do I have to pay another booking fee?”

The Booking Fee is capped at 10% on ALL tickets. This booking fee is separated into 3 instalments for all payment plan transactions, so you guys are just paying a third of the booking fee in each payment.

Hope this helps and if you’ve still having problems or not received an email alert about this then contact [email protected] and they’ll get things sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Thanks for the feedback and we’ll look to develop this process to make it better for you guys in the future.

I'm still getting an error message saying the page doesn't exist when I click add to cart. Have called and emailed and they just say keep trying. Getting really annoyed about this. Better be able to pay them as am I f**k buying another ticket when they still haven't fixed it come Feb 1st!

I'd say it's more likely to be a problem your end then.

Try clearing the temp files/cache/cookies etc. Also try a different browser ie Chrome, Firefox

Failing that, try another computer/laptop/mobile if possible.

    • Any festival is going to face most of the same limitations just by the nature of the event. It's not realistic to accommodate custom staging that extends out deep into the field. Trying to do so and trying to rebuild those kind of structures at the front of the field every day would severely impact on other performers, potentially even including other headliners. It'd also drive everyone involved insane. The most you can get away with is a basic extension that doesn't hide anything fancy. Remember that a lot of the time on these big choreographed shows, the stage extension itself will contain all manner of things to help the show beyond just being a simple platform. Also remember that these structures are designed to be assembled and operate on perfectly flat stadium or arena floors.   In terms of the stage itself - yes, the Pyramid is undersized (I believe 16 metres wide at rigging level). The de facto industry standard has become 20 metres and so it likely does need increasing and apparently there are plans to do so. But that only helps with artists that can largely confine themselves to the stage.   The Other Stage is already 20 metres - to be exact the Other Stage structure is the same model that Serious Stages provide to Reading, Leeds, Download etc for use as their Main Stage and there's nothing larger (at least off the shelf) in their catalogue. So no reason to change that.
    • Can someone remind me, on Harry Styles specifically - have we had any concrete info on him?   I don't personally remember saying much/anything on him, though I have just been away for a month, so could be forgetting something.
