Disabled pack?

Has anyone with a disabled ticket received the disabled pack from V? they told us that it would be here before the end of this week and still nothing has arrived!

We have been told by see tickets and V that there is only 1 ticket sent out and it covers the disabled person and carer, is this right? don't want to turn up and them tell us we should have 2 tickets.

Thanks

Yeah it's right - I too thought it sounded like things could go so wrong - but it didn't! Without being too personal, if it's obvious you're disabled, you should be fine but it's probably best to take along some sort of documentation (doctor's letter, DLA letter etc) to show them.

I received the disabled pack yesterday from the promoter in London.

It includes an information leaflet, site map and a disabled sign to hang on the rear view mirror in my car.

This year, the rules have changed for the allocation of disabled camping & weekend only wristbands, aswell as the allocation of disabled platform access wristbands. You must bring a copy of a recent DLA letter showing your name and address with you, in order to confirm your registered disability - wristbands will only be allocated on production of the DLA at the campsite office on arrival.

The rules will be strictly enforced on arrival.

Hope this is of some help and that your pack turns up soon.
