4 Hours there

10 hours back

bleeding blisters all over my feet. broken camera. the long drops. various other issues. having to sell beers from outside my tent so my friend could eat.

But all I have to say is wow. This was my first time at Glastonbury and I've fallen in love. And now I totally understand how Glasto really isn't just about the music, it's just a bonus.

I saw

- The magic numbers

- Miike snow

- Phoenix

- Snoop dogg

- vampire weekend

- florence

- thom yorke

- broken bells

- two door cinema club

- the lightning seeds

- kate nash

- Marina

- Biffy

- the XX

- Jamie T

- Frank Turner

- Paloma faith

- temper trap

- MGMT

- Empire of the sun

- plan B

and loads that I kind of must found which was nice.

You may well have seen me, I was walking around with Biffy Clyro flags sticking out of my hat.

See you all again next year!

Are you made out of ice? I would have died of exhaustion fitting 44 bands in.

Anyway, I saw:

Bonobo

Turin Brakes

Lightning Seeds

Seasick Steve

Steve Harley and the Cockney Rebels

Parliament

Slash

Grizzly Bear

Listened to Jack Johnson from the tent before going to

Toots and the Maytals

Stevie Wonder.

So not many, but I didn't see a single gig that I thought could have been better. 4 of those bands gave me 'the best gig of my life'.
