Upgrading to camping

My friend bought tickets yesterday from seetickets, unfortunately they are only day tickets, when he has called seetickets today, he has been on hold for 70 mins but the recorderd message says no exchanges, refunds or cancellations. Is it possible to upgrade on the day? If so does anyone know a price for this?

We are arriving about 1030/11 so hopefully camping wont be sold out.

i think you can mate, someone said it was about £30 last year. there was another thread asking the same question the other day

cheers, seetickets doesn't even answer the phone and all it says on website is you can buy a camping ticket when you arrive, not upgrade, fingers crossed!

why didnt you buy camping tickets in the first place?

haha, I have a camping ticket mate, its not me its one of my friends, his wife bought him it as a lovely surprise, but she bought when she was drunk and bought wrong one, I thought it would be easy enough to just call Seetickets and change, but they wont even answer there phone.
