The Cribs missed out on Coachella too. In a way they were quite lucky it wasn't worse as a lot of the British acts esp the majority of Gorillaz were over already.

Think Florence/Little Boots etc had to perform without any of their crew/normal band etc.

U2 apart a lot of the US acts will surely be over here anyway - depends how long that particular ash downtime went on for.
