As promised, I bought a waterproof this weekend in tribute to the weather gods. A nice second hand Columbia. Won't get to wear it of course - disappointing. I've also been hard at work with my ice strategy, bought some rum, and ordered some paper wristbands for our queer tiki bar, as you do.

You are probably too late to apply for this year but if your wife qualifies for a Nimbus Card or a Glastonbury Nimbus Pass (it's all in the link) you would be able to apply to stay in Spring Ground Accessible Campsite, right next to Woodsies Stage. It might be worth asking if you can, just drop them an email. Happy to answer any questions about it, I have used the Accessible Facilities since 2011. 😊https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/access-information/ -

And this includes everyone with a pension- so 99% of the workforce ? -
This. Plus the non-stop line for Red Sound Studio and even mega long queue for Aperol Island of Joy when Cariño played! I don't mind queuing a little for drinks or food but this new trend of queuing for stages bothers me.
