Basingstoke Bandstand - brilliant website!

Anyone live in Basingstoke? They have these informal unplugged concerts in an old bandstand and seem to have a policy of booking EOTR acts! All the previous 'busks' are archived online, or 4 tracks of each, so step this way for:

First Aid Kit

David Thomas Broughton

Leisure Society

Loney Dear

Wildbirds & Peacedrums

Sons Of Noel & Adrian

Acorn

Woodpigeon

and loads of others!

Thanks for the link...... but it's nothing to do with Basingstoke :P - but at least that bit made me look at it as we are just up the road from there.....

We went yesterday - Northampton Square Bandstand in Islington, apparently that's the one they usually use, or sometimes one near Old Street. Liz Green didn't turn up, unfortunately, but Ed Harcourt was there and was great :P - it was a gorgeous sunny day which helped make it even better, and it was timed wonderfully (by chance) so we were able to walk across to the Wenlock Arms to see Emily Barker later on :P

So, ideal for Londoners or those nearby - apparently they aim to hold one a month.
