whats the best way to travel from BRIGHTON?

i have not been before and just want to find out the best way to travel from near Brighton?

was thinking direct coach to the camp site but do not no if there are better ways!?

gratefull for any help and info

I'd say get the train to pompey then get the ferry over, it'll be nice and quick and you can probably get an advance fair to keep the price down!

I'd second that as Indieheart used to travel from there via Portsmouth

for those of you looking to save some cash you can also use tesco clubcard vouchers to get 4x the value on ferry crossing if you look it up online...we did it from Southampton last year and if you're taking a car it can save you loads think we used 30 quids worth of tesco vouchers n got 120 worth of vouchers for ferry and paid the odds...cos it CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE taking car over
