Staffs or Chelms

Ok I last did Staffs in 08, probably about an hour further to staffs but as a born and bred northerner I'm thinking it must be worth doing it again. However, my friend is leaning towards chelms as it is closer. Was there any indie disco in chelms, or can anyone give any reasons why i should change over?

as far as i know theres only the indie disco at staffs. having never been to chelmsford though could be proved wrong. everybody knows its better up north anyways!!

I've never been to Staffs, but Chelmsford did have an Indie Disco and a fairground last year... And you can camp where you like just as long as you buy the right ticket (there are only 2 options so it's not that difficult!)... And there is no tree in front of the main stage since the stage was moved 2 years ago (in fact, the stage was better where it used to be.. old layout was so much better!)

I think the main advantage of Chelmsford is the weather. The last couple of years have been really sunny, whereas I know the same can't be said about Staffs

Plus the fact it's closer for you, it makes sense! Give it a go, you can always swap back next year if you don't like it!
