this is my dream dance lineup! besides no justice or uffie. im just presuming there will be more rock which I'm sure there wil be.

Exit is a fantastic festival, but I associate it more with dance music than rock. If you are into electronic music, then the line-up is great. Even the mainstage tends to have electronic artists, such as the prodigy, fatboy slim, moby, etc. If you are not into dance, I feel you have picked the wrong festival.

Some of the dance acts on the lineup are simply unforgiveable:

David Guetta

Dirty South

Laidback Luke

Horrific stuff

However

Villalobos - Yes

Wink - back on form recently

Black Rose looks fairly interesting

I'm hoping for some good house/techno on Thursday night on Happy Novi Sad, Wink/Villa, all the unforgiveable acts on Saturday so I can take it easy, and some more acts to be added for Sunday. Hopefully Nastic will finish

really gutted about this lineup, me and our m8s said we were going to go whatever the lineup but this is so bad were not sure any more, I mean, seriously mika and missy elliott headlining? were going to wait but if sum serious really good additions dont get added theres no way we will be going, this compared to last years lineup is a joke!

Sorry to drag this post back, but I have also been having a problem where when I "Save & Exit" a game, diablo disconnects me back to the login screen.

Been driving me crazy trying to figure it out

Any help would be much appreciated

Whats so bad bout David Guetta? I think the dance arena is looking much better than last years line up Erol Alkan, A-Track, SebatiAn, Boys Noize, Guetta, Crookers. Happy days! Also any thought on what the 'heavy' band will be on the mainstage? Had Korn, Max Cavellera, HIM and Slayer. I rekon it's going to be System Of A Down or Slipknot.

man the dance lineup is the best ever for me! i expect a few ore suprises, so there will be a big metal band announced? they havent already announced it as placebo and behemoth and made it a weaker lineup have they? if not id say slipknot yet stonesour, half the members of slipknot are at download a month before...

yeah good point. miss will take lillys but who will take korns? ohhh man i wish! but ive heard theyre not touring all year even though the new aalbum is out this year, we can hope for 2manydjs

Nah Behemoth are on the explosive stage and I rekon if they are headlining Placebo will fill the same slot as Arctic Monkeys last year or the White Stripes before. With Ed Banger having alot of artists in the Dance Arena on the Sunday what do you rekon the chances of Justice playing are? Also would love to see some Deamau5, Jack Beats and some Dubstep

Was looking at the 08 lineup and you had house/techno on 3 nights of dance arena. I would say it is looking like one night, maybe 2 a push now. The additions to the HappyNoviSad stage are looking good, I think I will be spending more time there this year - Raresh and Co were great there last year....plus it has a small bar.

If your interested in rock I'd say the lineup is looking pretty stale at the moment, but for electronic music lovers as myself the lineup is amazing. Warp and Sound Pellegrino stage should be awesome. Cant wait for the Chemical Brothers!!!

Sinden @ happynovisad last year was off the scale looking foward to Clark and Brodinski

Dont really know much about the showcased nights this year ( except Bristol Takeover cos Im frm Bath) So iwll have to have a cheeky listen.

Anyone know of anymore likeleys or self confirms for the fest?

ARe Royksopp headlining along with Placebo or will they be second from top cos I like both but can't rreally see either of them being headliners...

    • Never too early to start discussing next year’s headliners right?   I’m not attending this year so thought I’d get the ball rolling as I saw Weezer have a new album out in August I’d expect them to do this or Slam Dunk next year. I mean they’re probably too big for this however I think they’re niche enough that they would maybe do it, it just depends on if the fee is a bit out of range for trees.    It’ll be the 20th anniversary next year so I’d expect some throwbacks and hopefully some big headliners/acts. James has already said he’s made a mad booking that you wouldn’t guess & I think he mentioned that he’s spent something like 80% of this years budget of next years top line already on last weeks 2 promoters 1 pod (Don’t quote me on that).    I reckon they’ll try for and get at least two (not all) of the following - Enter Shikari, AFI, Weezer, Sex Pistols Feat Frank Carter, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls
    • for some reason last night watched series one of Prey on Netflix.   if Legends was written by Timmy Mallet (see above) then Prey seems to have been made by Mr Blobby.   why are all these British crime dramas so sh*t?
    • It'll be all over various Seatfillers based upon previous years at Sandringham
    • The Jayhawks 2026 UK Tour    Sept 15 – Brighton – Corn Exchange  Sept 16 – London – Electric Ballroom Sept 17 – Manchester – Academy 2 Sept 18 – Glasgow – The Garage    For you ‘americana’ lovers. They have a great song book.
    • Weezer just announced a new album & US tour so could add them to the headliner pool. Imagine they’ll do this or trees
