I actually said (or should have) that all 130,000-ish tickets went on sale. I don't have the exact number.

It was all of the tickets that are going to be made for sale, aside perhaps from little more than a handful of tickets put aside to be used for other purposes (performers, hospitality, etc) that might not be needed for those purposes in the end, and so will be sold at a later date if not needed for those things.

There wasn't a batch of tickets held back specifically to be used for any later sale.

There was. Local tickets. Usually go on sale in April and any not sold get released in the final post-cancellation sale in May.

That's covered in my "(performers, hospitality, etc)" bit - tickets held back for a specific purpose, rather than any general sale tickets held back.

I believe that for this year's fest a batch was held back for sale in April. They've not done the same for next year's fest.
