Is anyone still waiting for a confirmation email?

i'm still waiting for my confirmation e-mail... ordered at 9 on sun got the ref. number via retrevial and then used the order checker so i hae got a ticket not checked bank yet (not had chance yet)

dunno what to do tho coz i want to see my email so i can print it of and have propper paper confirmation

EDIT: just checked bank money's go out so no worries now

same as above. if you've got the ref number through retrieval and had it confirmed on the tracker then should be ok (i hope!).

i took a screen shot of my tracker page so i've got some evidence of my order should i need it. money's out of my account so assuming all is well.

would like the email though just for a pure form of verification.

Still no e-mail from them so I gave in and phoned them, I've now got my ref number and confirmed everything ok.

He said he was sending me another e-mail with my confirmation as we spoke but still not arrived!! so if your still waiting phone them as their e-mail seems to be bu**ered.

They've taken my money out and I've got a registration number that said an order was placed on x date at x time blah blah, yet I have no email? Should I just ring 'em? Is the line expensive?
