Mastercard SecureCode

I put in my card details, etc, and it said the next step was the mastercard securecode verification thing, however when I pressed submit it gave me an error page, and refreshing took me back to the beginning. Now when I try it says my registration has already been used, which apparently means I should have tickets, however no confirmation email yet... and I don't see how they can charge me without having my verification code. Anyone else in the same boat who does have a confirmation email?

I also didn't get the option to purchase insurance, which I assume was also on the next page, can this be bought at a later date?

I haven't seen any posts that state that people were taken to their banks pages.

Plenty of posts asking the same question as you though, so I presume they have skipped the securecode thing.

Lasy year insurance was offered by a seperate email some time after booking tickets.
