I was reading something about Enter Shikari in Japan and it said that at Download there is somehting called a "Boobs cam" scannning the crowd. What is it? What does it do? Why is it there? Thx

The lads in Shikari normally make up a load of random stuff for interviews because they get bored, so it might just be that.

I know at most festivals though whenever cameras go on to girls in the crowd most of the time they take their tops off and flash though.

There was one point I remember at this years the cameras were on the crowd between acts being on the stage, I forget who it was between but the camera was going around on different people men and women flashing for about 10 minutes, its was very funny [the blokes] some right stupid stufff going on ha ha

It's not an official "boob cam" but it definately exists. First time I noticed it happening on a large scale was before SOAD in 2005. It seems to have evolved from there.
