Hi Guys,

I know this is really early but im eager to get things sorted and start preparing for next years V festival!!

I usually camp, but i've had a bit of agro the last couple of years and so me and my mates were wondering about hiring a campervan/motor home and camping that way for V 2010. But none of us have ever done this before and was wondering really exactly what tickets we need? I appreciate a camping weekend ticket, but does it matter what camp site we get? Can we all get different ones? And then we need a pitch ticket yes? Which allows 4 people on it? Is that all, or do we need parking ticket?

Are they strict on the 6m x 6m pitch sizes they have up on V-fest website? It will be Hylands park we will be going to (hopefully anyway!).

Any advice, help, will be gratefully recieved!

Thanks folks

I was campervanning for the first time - right luxury!

U need to buy a campervan ticket on top of the normal camping tickets, but that can be shared by up to 4 people.

Each campervan area is marked out and u have to stay within them, but if you can get a party of two or four campervans to go, you can park your vehicles on the edges and have a huge space in the middle to party after hours. We had a mottley bunch of 4 camapervans this year - and room for a gazebo, bbq and party area.

Just lush!
