What time would you set off

Hiya all...Very excited now with less than a day to go

I'm only coming from Manchester but having never been to V before so what time would you set off?

I'm thinking setting off at 7am...trip would normally take an hour on the road..Is it a stupid question to ask how rammed does the A5 get? What are the queues like just to park? anyone horror stories? times etc..My friends got stuck for 10 hours heading to glasto this year...They only set off about 2 hours after us as well....

were coming from Blackburn which isn't too far from you and were leaving at 5.00am - we are planning on stopping off for some breakfast though, the roads CAN get really busy and from reading what other people have posted on here i think alot are planning on arriving early so it might be worth setting off a bit earlier if you want to get in early and set up!

We're setting off from Newcastle about 3-4am, depending on how cream-crackered I am at silly o'clock! I really want to get there for 8am if possible - no doubt there'll be a huge queue there already!

Wow everyone's getting there really early. Our plans were to set-off from London at 9 and get there for noonish. May have to convince other half that lie-in is bad idea
