no actually, i m a resident and brought camping tickets so i m getting rid of my complementary ones to pay for the camping i've already brought...

If i was a tout I'd have them up on ebay and would be after more than face value!

so i get myself camping tickets like everyone else, i get free weekend non camping. i sell the weekend non camping, and still dont break even. i m not making any money, so i m not touting. anyone who wants to buy them at face value is not paying over the odds, and i m not making anything out of it! the reason i m not selling them on ebay etc. is because i dont believe in paying over the odds and dont want to rip people off, so if you dont mind let people buy a ticket for the weekend, for face value rather than at extortionate prices from other places! Chill out winston!

I still stand by what i have said before ,the dictionary definitson for tout is

someone who sells tickets for an event for more than face value

as your tickets were complementary (free)

just to butt in on an argument was curious as to where you live to get the free tickets? is it the little village you travel through with the 40mph speed limit that gets the free tickets or do they get them free further afield than that? I use the A5 a lot between cannock and telford and have always been curious as to who gets the freebies

Howdo bewy - I'm camping too but have a few old mates I'm trying to talk into going - I'll give 'em a nudge and try to shift a few for you... (I grew up in Albrighton and went to school at Idsall, but moved away years ago, so they're all local)

ps: seems like a fair deal really - you just want to cover your costs! If they were 'free' with a £500 sticker of McFly then I'd be concerned!

just think about it for 2 seconds... logically! so your saying i should give the tickets away for free and spend the 180 quid or whatever it was per ticket to camp without getting any back on the one i rightly get?! anyway, if your not interested no worries, as you said we'll agree to disagree...

if anyone is interested in getting tickets, as said i live near weston so if your nearby i can come to meet to drop them off. and again, i m not looking to make money out of them, face value will be great. thanks
