We booked our parking with the tickets and it never arrived (not before the festival and not since!) so we had to pay £10 on the gate. Admittedly my brother who booked the pass left it til last week to call See but we had been away for 2 weeks etc. Anyway, he spoke to an "unfriendly" woman who told him it was too late for a refund! Not having that I said!

I called them today and another guy has refunded us, he said it was a bit late but they were doing it as a "favour" so not to tell anyone... Erm! Yeah. I appreciate his help but how is it a favour to me to be getting my money back for something See never even bothered to send out!

Anyway long and short is if anyone else forgot to claim their money back you can do so :) You paid for services you never received!
