i needed to find this out for myself1, they said there are showers in the VIP / Hospitality section. I think they mean the vip campsite. Not sure if its worth the extra money though?

I'll answer that one, global was f**king immense, weather was perfect! not a drop of rain somehow, mood was electric, the prodigy and orbital rocked my world! all in all, an amazing weekend!

Cant wait for basement jaxx, missed them at global 07 due to my mate doing a bungee jump after a gram of md, didnt kno who/what/where he was, was quite entertaining, but i couldnt leave him on his own. So look out for the guy at the front when the jaxx are on going insane!!

Cool, glad you had a good time. My one worry this year is the weather as the Met Office have just changed their predictions and said it's going to piss it down all August  Not a lot we can do about that though and it won't stop me having a great time :)

Few mates did Global last w/end, in regards to the showers they decided to go starkers for all to see. Funny thing is, the others that where using the showers at the same time copied! Seen some quality footage from the Godskitchen tent, that looked immense!

Hopefully with CF been bank holiday w/end the heavens might just lay off us for those 2 days, plus i don’t believe weather predictions that far ahead! (looks good for us tomorrow tho for Tiesto @ Victoria Park, London :) )

    • It can take around 30-45 mins to walk from the arena back to the transport hub with the crowds, depending on density. Allow even longer in poor conditions. I don't think you'd need to leave Linkin Park early though, you have at least an hour and 20 minutes to walk to transportation. I certainly wouldn't leave early in your shoes, knowing I can just walk to the airport if needs be (2 mile walk and another 30 - 45 min walk depending on your walking speed and conditions.) Maybe just don't linger too long for the toilet / food after Linkin Park have finished.  It will definitely make sense and all just fall into place on the night, don't worry too much and have a great time. The very worst that can happen is a little extra walking to the Airport Skylink bus stop, as those Skylink busses are 100% 24 hour. 🙂  GFS, ICON and ECMWF are ALL in agreement on the latest runs.... After a mildly moist Weds and Thurs, high Pressure building from Friday... Lets just hope they continue to agree... ☀️☀️☀️

    • I do love Monaco but it often seems to be a procession with limited overtakes . Although has had some spectacular crashes in the past . Hoping for a bit more action in this one
    • Email this morning said “a few more” artists to be revealed but the main stages look pretty full per the website line-up.
