Any silly arguments occur at Glastonbury?

The only argument we had was on Friday morning, in the Kidz field in the rain - they had to go through the bootwash to get into the circus workshop tent and started arguing about who was going through first. It escalated into foot stamping and minor screaming fits.

I grabbed both kids by the collars and marched them out of the field and then lectured them for about ten minutes about how if they argued again I would be taking them home and coming back by myself, and how the weekend was about fun and blah blah blah blah....... for ages. I almost had an out of body experience.

But it worked, they were absolutely fantastic after that, for the whole weekend, and it was a proper breakthrough moment for me because usually it's the dad that does the telling off!

I can image we where not the only ones to have ridiculous rows other stupid things at Glasto which lead to us not talking or storming of for a while

Yes, indeed. I think couples are prime argument fodder. Generally groups of people get on better I think. Couples are too intense and expect too much of each other maybe?

Although at Waveform last year I saw a couple of lads storming towards the car park, one of them grabbed a section of chain link fence, smashed it down and carried on stomping off - his mate was following, but the fence smasher was yelling "I'm a shit friend! I don't deserve to be your mate! Just leave me alone!"

Then he stopped and said "Erm...can I have the keys please?"

Was pretty funny.
