Coaches from London

Me and my brother are hopefully heading down to this from Aberdeen, to get to London alone is rather pricy (prob have to fly) and it seems the trains from London to Salisbury are ridiculous prices! Is there any coach/bus service straight from London to the festival? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Kirk,

There are several options for travel from Aberdeen to Salisbury for the link to the festival site.

Cheapest is likely to be Megabus to London at around £30 each way (if booked well in advance), with onward London to Salisbury travel by National Express coach at around £25 return.

Advance Aberdeen to London train tickets can be booked for about £40 each way (if booked well in advance with National Express). Off-peak return train fare to Salisbury from London is £37. It is also possible to get Sleeper Bargain Berths Aberdeen to London - if booked with Scotrail well in advance - at about £40 each way.

You can get flights Aberdeen to London from about £100 return, although the price range is huge, bigger even than the train. It is advisable to fly to Heathrow - connections to Salisbury from other London airports will be inconvenient and expensive. There is a National Express coach from Heathrow to Salisbury at £16 return but only a few departures a day.

More details of the Salisbury shuttle to the festival site will be available soon.

Hope this information helps.
