Wrong Ticket - Help!

Hi all, a friend of mine purchased a 3 day non camping ticket instead of a 3 day camping ticket by mistake and has only just noticed. Ticketmaster are refusing to exchange the ticket for her. If she turns up at the box office at the Rockness site can she upgrade her ticket to a camping one?

I reckon a lot of these folk are actually folk who have bought weekend without camping tickets off ebay for a cheaper price.....and only now are they starting to get a squeaky bum about getting in!!!!!

I refuse to believe there are that many people who have made this mistake!!!

Yeah i'm going to check mine too, doubt it will only be a 3 day entry ticket though.

all is well my ticket is safe aswel as my Tinthepark receipt from ripping records

£146 for rockness though oh wells

I had an original gameboy, it was the size of a brick. The only games I remember having for it were Ducktales, Super Mario, Tetris and WWF Superstars. Happy Days.

I bought my ticket from ticket line and after reading this I think it might be a non-camping ticket. D'oh!

I have a 3 day weekend ticket. Does this not include camping? I notice on the ticket line website there is now a 3 day weekend + camping ticket so I'm thinking I might have the wrong one!

Do camping tickets state "+ camping" on them? Cheers.

How much was your ticket? The tickets normally do have 'camping' on them. If it's just a 3 day event ticket and not camping you can upgrade at the box office, can't be anymore than £20 I would have thought! Don't worry!
