Still worried...

Remember I asked if my friend not getting her confirmation email when buying her ticket in the last batch?

Well... I wasn't worried after you lovely people told me not to. But, today we searched her reg number and it said no booking found... ah! Even though the money got taken out. Should we be worried?

Probably not, if they've taken the money out it in all probability means that the ticket was bought. It will be best to phone Seetickets to put your mind at ease.

I have the utmost confidence that even if See Tickets have ballsed up your friend/s will have a ticket before Wednesday. You've paid and they can't just say "sorry no room at the inn".

If all else fails I will dig you a tunnel under the fence myself.

If you haven't got the time then get your mate to ring, it's their ticket anyway.

If See have taken the money out then I'd assume it had gone through. Has she doubled checked she was never refunded for any particular reason?

A lot of people haven't had reference numbers and have been fine.

There should be proof that the money has been taken out like a bank statement, you'll get the ticket.

Wondering if you did the same as me... I put in my original reg number and sh*t myself for 2 hours after getting the same no booking found message as you.

Then I realised I needed the new serial number in the confirmation email you get after they take your money... felt so stupid!

But relieved...

The website said the exact same thing to us & we did not get the confirmation e-mail.

I rang the phone line (during work time) and was answered almost straight away. they confirmed the tickets were bought, paid for & re-sent the e-mail to my work address to put me at ease.

I had the same thing when put reference number in on website. Then phoned and was told the reference number I had was not one of their's (it was what I was given when booked over phone). They eventually confirmed booking and gave me new "proper" reference!

I'm sure they will be fine but I would phone just for your peace of mind- if you've not got reference number you just give them your details and they look you up!

Me and my group have had a terrible time this year with the confirmation numbers etc seems like half of us only ever got confirmation numbers for the deposits, but not for the payment of the balance in Feb.

As delivery date has got nearer most of us have had that "what if . . ." panic.

As it turned out though all of us have now received our tickets, so I think as long as the money has gone you will be fine.

i booked my tickets back in october. When I did a search to see if my ticket had been delivered - the seetickets website returned no results.

So I called them up. The lady told me that the website's confirmation search has a problem with glasto tickets. She quickly found my details on their computer and told me I'd get them soon, and I did the other day!

    • Another Kraftwerk one for me today, as just back from seeing them.
    • Completed my 2026 survey. Put down Super Furry Animals as my most wanted for next year but suspect the moment has gone for that. Popped a big shopping list in the box for who else you would like to see. 🙂
