Thats hefty fabricated, that would be so inpractical, however there is a basis of truth, there is a joby limit, only 1 per head per day .(jobys are included in the rockness ticket price)

Titp solution is joby tokens, similar to drinks tokens they can be baught from the hut for a mere £13 + vat + jobytax , this is to discourage the use of port-a-loos and promote the use of anti joby pills, most commonly swedge.
