Drop off/pick up point

Hello all,

Been to glastonbury a few times before but have always travelled with friends. This year I'm having to travel alone and meet mates at the site, so I'm thinking of getting dropped off at the Bath & West Showground and getting one of the shuttle buses to the site.

Wondering how easy it is to do this. What are the queues like on the Wednesday and again for getting the shuttle bus back again on Monday. Is there a limit to how much stuff you can take on the bus bearing in mind i'm going to be on my own.

I got dropped off in 2007 around 1pm I think. Mainly cus the guy directing traffic told us to turn right when we should of gone left but he said he was 100% sure! Nimrod!

Anyway, you do have to queue up for the bus and it will take relatively half an hour maybe to get onto the coach. There's no limit to how much luggage you bring with you, maybe if it won't fit on you'll have to wait for the next bus.

Quite simple really, just a major ball ache to go back on monday when it's pissing it down and your waiting forever for the one coach to return and all the staff stand there in foil capes and hot water bottles.
